During this seminar drs. Matt van der Poel RM, CXO at Fresh Forward and chairman of the experience marketing group at Nima will discuss the practice of the creation of an experience concept. The journey you will make together with Matt will be illustrated using the completely new zoo that soon will be established in Emmen. The journey will be about dropping existing frames and boundaries in which you currently operate and imagining the future of a new concept. The next step will be to concretize the concept. An approach that cannot only be used for a zoo but can be applied for a furniture store as well as for a tomato and from optician till hospital. Drs. Matt van der Poel RM (41)is partner and CXO (Chief eXperience Officer) at Fresh Forward since 2003. His carriere started in 1990 as project manager at ISEO Marketing Research. Soon after that he made the step to Transavia Airlines where was assignend Manager Marketing and Research & Development. After this he was director for 4 years at the marketing research agency: Censydiam. Before he became partner at Fresh Forward he was manager Strategy & Marketing at TUI Netherlands.
