BearingPoint facilitates a workshop on a hot topic today’s market: Customer Engagement. For two hours, students will be taken into the world of a consultant. First we will discuss the theory around how a companies can achieve customer engagement towards their brand, product or service and how companies can become customer centric. Subsequently, students will become actual consultants. After discussing the challenge of a client, students will be working on creating a fitting approach.
