Accenture: Customer Experience Best Practises

Jeroen van den Nieuwenhof is Partner at Accenture Management Consulting. He works within the Customer Relationship Management Service Line where he leads the Marketing Transformation domain within the BeNeLux and France. For The Netherlands Jeroen is responsible for Accenture’s CRM engagements within the Products, Telecommunications and Resources industries. He has more than 12 years of experience in strategy and CRM consulting. His competencies include Customer Strategy development, Customer Analytics & Segmentation, Multi Channel Campaign Management and Customer Loyalty Management. Jeroen holds a Master in Industrial Engineering & Management Sciences from Eindhoven University of Technology.
